Go Safari Travels maintains the gosafaritravels.com website (“Site”). The following are the terms of use that govern use of the Site (“Terms of Use”). By using the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the gosafaritravels.com Privacy Policy and to follow all applicable laws and regulations governing use of the Site. Go Safari Travels (“GST”) reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page periodically for updates. We will indicate any changes at the bottom of this document.
If you violate these Terms of Use, Go Safari Travels may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use, and/or take appropriate legal action.
LIMITED LICENSE
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the Site under these Terms of Use. Go Safari Travels may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without notice or liability. You have no rights to the proprietary software or content used to operate the Site and may not copy, reverse-engineer, sell, lease, license, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site or its contents.
1. SITE OPERATION
The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. Go Safari Travels controls this Site from India and makes no representation that it is appropriate for use in other locations. If you use the Site from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. You may not export any materials from this Site in violation of any applicable export laws.
2. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
3. MULTI-CURRENCY PRICED TRANSACTION
The price and currency you select during checkout will be charged and reflected on your transaction receipt.
4. PURCHASES
Go Safari Travels accepts Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards in AED. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and policies of the respective payment gateway providers. Please review their terms before completing a transaction. All refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment.
5. OFFICE OF FOREIGN ASSETS CONTROL (OFAC) SANCTIONED COUNTRIES
Go Safari Travels will not engage in business with individuals or entities from OFAC-sanctioned countries or any party on the OFAC list, including those involved in terrorism or narcotics trafficking.
6. REPRESENTATIONS BY YOU
By using the Site, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You will not submit material that infringes on third-party rights.
- Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or make transactions on the Site.
7. PERMITTED USE
You may only access the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not duplicate, download, publish, or distribute content without written permission from Go Safari Travels. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies.
8. ACCOUNT USAGE

NO COMMERCIAL USE

The Site may link to external websites. Go Safari Travels does not endorse or guarantee the content of these sites and is not liable for any issues that arise from your use of them.
COPYRIGHT POLICY
Go Safari Travels may terminate access for users who infringe on copyrights. By submitting content to the Site, you affirm that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

LICENSE GRANTED TO YOU
By submitting content to Go Safari Travels, you grant a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content in any form or media. Submitted materials will be treated as non-confidential.
ADVERTISING
Advertisements or sponsorships on the Site are the responsibility of the respective advertisers. Go Safari Travels is not liable for any inaccuracies or legal issues related to such content.
SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in effect.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Once payment is made, a confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may cancel their booking based on the hotel/service provider’s cancellation policy, as mentioned during the booking. If eligible for a free cancellation, the refund will be made to the original payment method. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund process.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be issued for services already used. Refunds for unused services will be processed according to the provider’s cancellation policy and refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank.
